Shipping Information
We currently ship orders to India only. We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Express Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and take 2-3 business days to arrive.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You can view the shipping rates for your order during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship orders outside of India. However, we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
